Governance Model

FIABLES, from its past experience, proposes the use of a layered governance model as depicted in the figure given below. The hierarchy, reporting structure and escalation model for interactions with customer has been shown in the diagram. Responsibilities and communication channels would be mutually agreed and predefined for each layer.

The hierarchical reporting structure also represents the escalation route of issues and concerns that need to be resolved between FIABLES and customer. Such a structure enables Fiables to provide fair representation of any misunderstanding and a process to resolve them amicably.
