Fiables has a well defined process of executing projects with on-site/ offshore methodology using the global delivery model. We ensure that the associates are cross trained and there is adequate rotation between the roles to keep them motivated.

Knowledge Transition Phase
The focus during this phase would be on knowledge transfer relating to business, processes and application systems environment to provide the required Test Services. The Knowledge Transition Phase would be of the right duration to enable a smooth and painless transition. If during the start up phase, it is decided to outsource the testing of multiple versions simultaneously, then Fiables proposes to have specific teams for each version and work in parallel. Logical grouping of the teams will be done to minimize overlap and reduce the duration of the overall Knowledge Transition phase.

It is expected that Client will provide general training material and documentation

Service Phase
At the end of the knowledge transfer phase, the Fiables lead analysts will possess the required knowledge to perform independent testing.

While onsite team will be participating in test planning and test design, transition will be done for offshore team so that the entire team is ready for test execution and test reporting.
